**THE ROLE**:
With exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, the Registrations Coordinator will support the Registrations Department in the administration and management of all processes and communications relating to the registration of applicants. Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, this is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday with the occasional change in work schedule to meet operational needs.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Perform duties in compliance with the regulatory requirements under the _Professional Governance Act, International Credentials Recognition Act, and ASTT regulations and _ASTTBC _bylaws, _and to the standards of good governance set by the OSPG;
- Participate in the academic and experience review process including working closely with qualified individuals and communicating with referees and specialty working group members;
- Provide advisement to applicants on policies and procedures, mail/document scanning, accurate data entry/data cleanup in regulatory information system, and generating certificates;
- Provide support to the examination process including communicating with applicants, provide administrative support, and participate in the invigilation of examination sessions where required;
- Identify applicant registration requirements and offer clear and concise explanations;
- Contribute to development, maintenance, and revision of registration policies and procedures;
- Contribute to strategic goals and outcomes identified for registration;
- Provide assistance with cross-functional departments as needed;
- Attend Committee meetings or specialty working groups as requested; and,
- Other tasks as assigned by the Registrar or designate.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education in relevant discipline.

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience (regulated environment is an asset).

- Starting salary of $52,000 to $58,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and ability to meet the key requirements of the position, and consideration of internal equity comparisons)
