**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hoping to hire for a Saturday-Sunday position with optional Mon-Fri backup call in. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer interactions will be key to your success in this position.

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.

**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
