Configure and customize SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, including time recording, absence management, and payroll calculations, to meet the unique needs of customer HR teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules and the integration with multiple workforce management systems, ensuring optimal system performance and data accuracy.
- Write and execute test scripts for Time and Payroll functionality, ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of system configurations.
- Provide expertise in EC to ECC replication setup and configuration for Time and Payroll data synchronization, ensuring seamless data integration between systems.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and requirements, collaborating with HR and payroll teams to implement accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with customer's unique business needs and HR best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, leveraging this knowledge to optimize HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Time and Payroll modules with other HR and other customer systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing

**Salary**: $71,614.59-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP SuccessFactors: 10 years (preferred)
- EC: 9 years (preferred)
- Time & Payroll: 5 years (preferred)
