**The Role**:
We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our talented Marketing team Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will execute the digital marketing strategy, help to create, and maintain campaigns, keep Watson Gloves social media channels up to date and be an ambassador for the Watson Gloves “voice”. With glove names like “Sexy Back”, “Dirty Deeds” and “Game of Thorns”, we’ve been making gloves sexy for the last 105 years If you are a new grad or have a little experience under your belt, possess top-notch writing and editing skills and love to work with a creative, fun, and pun-loving team, look no further than Watson Gloves

**YOUR core responsibilities**:

- Help execute digital marketing strategy
- Maintain company website:

- Assist in developing web content
- Help Write Blogs and Articles
- Measure the success of specific web pages
- Update website as needed; rolling changes, photo and description changes, upload new guides, spec sheets, blogs etc.
- Help Implement digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Support in the maintenance of social media channels:

- Comment and reply to questions,
- Assist with Community Engagement,
- Contribute to writing and scheduling posts in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice
- Aid in maintaining Facebook and Amazon Marketplaces
- Help create Amazon Enhanced Content
- Assist with writing enriched descriptions for products for website
- Review top distributor websites and write analysis on updates needed to be made to Watson product copy and photos
- Support in managing and executing webinars internally and externally
- Assist with digital influencer partnerships and ambassador programs
- Help launch collaboration and seasonal campaigns
- Support Talent Branding execution through digital channels

**What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications, and/or Certificate in Digital Marketing or equivalent work experience
- A strong understanding of HTML and CSS, WordPress and overall web coding
- Well versed in the work of marketing automation and have a particularly strong understanding of SEO
- Experience overseeing social media channels as well as Hootsuite
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Top notch writing and editing skills are required
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with content management software and WordPress is an asset
