**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct training development sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage scheduling, forecasting and growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong background in sales management with the ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in training development is preferred to enhance team capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating leadership qualities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
