Reporting to the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager, the Bartender will act as the Milos brand ambassador. The Bartender will orchestrate a memorable guest experience by fostering a warm, pleasant and welcoming environment. They lead by example and act as impeccable hosts, always delivering elite service of the highest caliber. The Bartender will curate the guest's culinary experience by recommending food and beverages to guests, implement and follow standard operating procedures for service and organizing duty roster of service staff.

**What you will do as a Restaurant Captain**
- Acts as a Milos brand ambassador; undertakes all duties and responsibilities while upholding core company values.
- Prepares and serves a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, consistently ensuring the highest quality.
- Greets guests with a welcoming demeanor, engages with them to understand their preferences, and offers recommendations based on their tastes.
- Ensures that guests feel comfortable and well-attended, making adjustments to drinks or service to enhance their experience.
- Manages bar seating and coordinates with the Host / Hostess to accommodate guests who prefer to dine at the bar.
- Addresses guest concerns or special requests with tact and professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and ensures responsible service, adhering to all legal regulations.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the menu, including food pairings, to provide guests with a complete dining experience.
- Handles VIPs or special guests with the appropriate level of attention and privacy, enhancing the restaurant's exclusive atmosphere. Beverage Preparation & Presentation
- Creates and presents signature Milos cocktails, ensuring that every drink reflects the restaurant's elegance and sophistication.
- Follows precise recipes for classic and contemporary cocktails, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Continually updates and refines the bar menu, introducing new drinks and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Ensures that garnishes, glassware, and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Takes pride in the aesthetic of the drinks served, making sure they are visually appealing as well as flavorful.

**Here is what we are looking for**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a of head waiter in a fine dining restaurant
- Proficiency in food handling, cash handling, and team management
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of servers
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in interviewing and training new staff members
- Basic cooking knowledge is a plus
- Leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions
