We are looking for a full-time or part-time Sales Associate to join our team at our Polo Park Shopping Centre location — someone who is friendly, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a passion for sales, an eye for detail, and a love for creating memorable shopping experiences, we’d like to meet you.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and desires, and presenting merchandise with detailed explanations of product features and benefits
- Processing point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Maintaining store appearance, including cleaning displays, jewellery, and showcases, and ensuring organization and sanitization of the store
- Receiving and processing incoming repairs (jewellery, watches, and clocks)
- Calling customers for pickups and answering incoming phone calls
- Providing accurate and helpful product information by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge on all jewellery, watches, and services offered.
- Staff are expected to communicate clearly, honestly, and confidently when assisting customers, ensuring that any questions are answered accurately or referred to management if unsure
- Following all store policies and procedures as outlined by management
- Performing opening and closing duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of three (3) years retail sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow set procedures
- Jewellery or watch sales experience is an asset but not required (training will be provided)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Commission on sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
