BlueBox is a smart parcel locker solution developed by Bluemyth Technologies that tackle the long-standing Last-Mile Delivery challenges - delivery inefficiency, parcel theft, carbon emissions, and congestion. Position: Customer Support

**Job Summary**
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and be very detail oriented
- Positive and professional team attitude - punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and time management/organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Record and relay information, schedule, and confirm appointments.
- Customer service skills & ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Draft, modify edit and proofread documents.

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skill
- Willing to learn and grow at a fast pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and working tightly with a team
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset
- Must have class 5 drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.55 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
