**About the Role**

This is a permanent full-time role based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for our customers as the Customer Support Representative. This role is responsible for recommending solutions, guiding customers through features and functionalities, and resolving customer queries.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide best in class support to our customers
- Develop deep knowledge of ClearDent’s products
- Act as the first point of contact to help resolve customer’s issue
- Effectively resolve basic customer issue related to ClearDent’s Products through different channels.
- Escalate issue to the appropriate Customer Support members as necessary
- Assist the Team Lead in reproducing error messages to confirm bugs
- Other duties as may be required and assigned by the Manager

**Key Qualifications**
- Proficiency in both in verbal and written English
- Excellent problem-solving skill, patience and empathy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Workstation / Servers, and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge or experience about dental industry is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server, Saleforce CRM, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
