**Here’s what you’ll deliver**
- Answer and Direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
- Motor vehicle licensing administration.
- Vehicle inventory administration.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
**What you need to succeed**
- Able to work the following Hours: Monday-Thursday 1pm-7pm, every Saturday 8am-5pm.
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience and strong computer skills required.
- Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and prioritize.
- Dependable, takes initiative with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Google Drive is an asset.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience**

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
