RECEPTIONIST POSITION

Full time receptionist required for busy property management office. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet all clients/walk ins with a positive and courteous manner
- Receive payments, record receipts
- Drop mail daily at post box/office
- Proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopier
- First point of contact for solicitors, forwarding ones with potential
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Provides administrative support to the organization
- Handle client inquiries, basic questions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
