**Salary**: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

**Role Overview**:
As a **Patient Experience Coordinator** at Uplift Aesthetics, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, positive, and memorable experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door until they leave. You will play a key role in managing patient communications, scheduling, and assisting our practitioners—all while ensuring that our brand’s values and high standards of care are consistently upheld. This role requires an energetic, proactive, and highly engaged individual who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient-Centric Service**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and helping them feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
- Assist patients over the phone and in person, addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing clear information about our treatments, services, and products.
- Actively manage the patient journey by scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for every patient.

**Enhancing the Patient Experience**:

- Ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for by providing exceptional customer service, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the clinic’s services and fostering long-term relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Support patients with follow-up communications, treatment reminders, and post-care instructions, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

**Clinic Operations & Support**:

- Coordinate with practitioners to ensure the clinic schedule runs efficiently and all patient appointments are managed effectively.
- Assist with patient preparation, guide patients to treatment rooms, and support practitioners with non-clinical tasks as needed.
- Perform cleaning and room resets between treatments, ensuring all rooms meet infection control and cleanliness standards.

**Product & Service Promotion**:

- Promote clinic services, products, and treatments based on individual patient needs and preferences.
- Stay knowledgeable about all products and treatments offered at the clinic, providing insightful recommendations, and arranging consultations with practitioners.

**Inventory Management**:

- Track retail products, consumables, and clinic supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and liaising with suppliers when necessary.
- Monitor product usage and assist with inventory ordering and management to ensure the clinic is always stocked with necessary supplies.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, including PHIA, informed consent, and medical records.
- Support clinic staff in ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Ongoing Professional Development**:

- Take initiative in staying up to date with the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
- Contribute ideas for improving the patient experience and clinic operations, staying engaged with new ways to elevate our brand.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required).
- Previous experience in a medical or office setting (preferred).
- A solid understanding of the aesthetics industry, including treatments and products, is a significant asset.
