Position Description:
**At a Glance**

Legrand North America is seeking a talented and motivated IT Manager to join their Building Control Systems(BCS).

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- IT Management of facility’s shopfloor hardware (printers, scanners, saws)
- Vendor management for key partners & providers (ERP, Legrand Corporate)
- Strategic relationship management with ERP partner
- Technical collaboration with business
- Converting business needs into technical requirements
- Manage the delivery of new features & functionality based off of business prioritization
- Management of IT System Administrator
- Oversee day to day and priorities of IT System Admin
- Manage capacity and delivery dates based off business prioritization

Qualifications:
**Job Requirements**:

- IT facility/ manufacturing management experience
- 2-3 years people management experience
- Configurable product experience is a plus (shading, windows)
- History working with and understanding ERP systems
