**The Role: Residential Glazier / Glass Installer**

We’re looking to hire an **Experienced Glass Installer** to join our team **immediately**. In this role, you’ll be installing frameless showers, mirrors, and railings in residential homes — so precision, professionalism, and a customer-friendly attitude are key.

Most days, you'll be working solo or with one teammate on-site, and we'll make sure you’ve got the tools, support, and flexibility to do your best work.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Installing frameless and semi-frameless shower doors
- Mounting custom vanity mirrors and modern glass railings
- Measuring carefully and double-checking everything before install
- Handling and transporting glass safely (we’ll show you our methods)
- Keeping workspaces clean and treating every home with care
- Communicating with customers in a polite, respectful way
- Teaming up with other installers for larger or more complex jobs

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience installing glass (showers, railings, etc.)
- Comfortable with hand tools and reading measurements
- Physically capable of lifting and installing glass in residential settings
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Friendly, respectful, and professional — especially around clients
- Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Open to learning and growing with us as we expand
