Journeyman Glazier

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install curtain walls, skylights, windows, storefronts and doors
- Install glass panels in curtain walls, skylights, windows, storefronts and doors
- Remove and replace broken glass in existing installations.
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to understand project requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role is preferred.
- Swingstage and aerial lift experienec is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for lifting heavy materials.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to glass handling and installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- glazing: 1 year (required)
- swing stage: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
