**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand their options.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in accordance with dealership policies.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance or safety.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is essential.
- Proven cash handling experience with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is highly desirable.
- A background as a mechanic or in automotive repair is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
