**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize operating efficiencies of customers’ equipment utilizing proprietary modeling software programs.
- Develop strong inter-reliant relationships with customers through quality on-site service and social interaction.
- Communicates field activity, including sales opportunities, inter-company items, and competitive issues to the appropriate Regional Manager.
- Manage an expense budget within the guidelines provided.
- Take ownership of a specified territory and devise strategies to meet sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience: Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, and/or extensive (10+ years) maintenance, production, or sales experience within the paper or other related applicable industry.
- Languages: French / English
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven mechanical aptitude, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Requires strong computer skills, including a strong understanding of Word, Excel, and general database management.
- Extensive travel within the assigned region is required.
