**About the role**:
As Head of Sales and Business Development at Guestlogix, you can build a worldclass Enterprise Sales & Business Development team from scratch. You will be responsible to grow our successful business further by acquiring new airline customers globally, driving product adoption and establishing sustainable partnerships & revenue channels. You will be an active part of our executive management team that directs the strategy and success of our fast-growing company. This high-impact role requires an experienced and visionary leader with a bias for action and a relentless commitment to results, who thrives in a dynamic high-growth environment.

**What you will do**:

- Hire, build and lead our new high-performing enterprise sales & business development team, define sales strategy & operations and own the customer life cycle.
- Drive fast revenue growth by successful acquisition of new and retention of existing clients, by broader and deeper product adoption and by creation of new and adjacent revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including optimizing channel and partnership initiatives at scale.
- Build and maintain decision maker relationships and sustainable partnerships with our customers.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness.
- As part of the executive leadership team, collaborate with other leaders to set the longer-term monetization and investment strategy of the company.

**What we are looking for**:

- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience (incl. 5+ years in leadership / sales management roles), ideally within SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience working with airline / travel industry customers or in airlines.
- Existing network of decision maker relationships in the airline / travel industry in North America and/or EMEA.
- Extensive experience scaling business operations in a high-growth environment, especially in creating high-impact partnership sales motions.
- Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to create and execute sales plans that align with and support company-wide goals.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, especially in coaching and mentoring sales talent in a remote and globally dispersed setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships across all levels.
