- Support Producers in efforts to promote insurance products and services that meet client needs
- Take payments and complete bank deposits
- Create and distribute reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
