The **Production Planner & Scheduler** in **Nisku, Alberta** will report directly to the District Manager and have responsibilities to the Area Rod Guide Manager. Product lines include: Rod Guides and Rod Inspection Services. You have experience as Production planner/scheduler or Administrator, Please Apply

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for Quotations for price and delivery for the Rod Guide facility
- Schedule orders; confirmations and work orders for Rod Guide facilities
- Communicating and sending order confirmations with all pertinent information to customers and to the Production Personnel
- Schedule truck pick up times and call in at customer requests
- Send customers inventory and reconcile any issues
- Release sucker rods from storage (stock) and send release to the Production Personnel
- Send out daily sucker rod order totals
- Update rod guiding schedules throughout the day
- Qualify sales leads for sucker rods and rod guides
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposal for relevant services and products; coordination of the quotes via Rod Guide facilities
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing rod guide clients
- Provide customer inventory updates for sucker rods
- Provide inside sales support

**Qualification Requirements**:

- One (1) to two(2) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
- Artificial Lift experience would be an asset
- Sound understanding of Rod Guide processes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Committed to professionalism and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license in good standing

- Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, ladder work, stair climbing
- HSE Orientation
