Sales Consultants are not only experts on their product but they work tirelessly to build lasting customer relationships while providing the best consumer experience possible. As a Sales Consultant, you will be assisting customers through a very important purchase decision while maintaining integrity, enthusiasm and quality information. This role is challenging and rewarding, as the commission-based pay offers a high earning potential.

**Sales Process and Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with customers who are interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle
- Walk-in/Lot Traffic Leads, Phone Leads, Internet leads
- Exceptional Customer Service - Greet/Build Rapport
- Input information into our Contact Management Program
- Vehicle Selection/Presentation: Selecting the right vehicle for your customer and having up-to-date product knowledge
- Answer customer questions regarding the process in a manner that is professional and knowledgeable
- Successful Delivery of the vehicle to a happy customer
- Follow-up with clients throughout the life cycle of their vehicle

**Work Experience/Education and Skills**:

- OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) License required - can obtain after hire
- Secondary Education (preferred)
- Retail sales experience (an asset, but not required)
- Bilingual (an asset, but not required)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers / OMVIC (preferred)
