We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Industrial division and build innovative projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, power, mining, forestry, underground, heavy construction, maintenance, turnarounds and sustaining capital sectors. **As a Student/Co-op Project Coordinator at Graham you will**:

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material and subtrade costs.
- Monitor cost accruals and reviewswith the Project Manager on a regular basis
- Review and code timesheets to ensure proper cost allocation
- Develop a schedule with the assistance of the Project Manager and assist with the development of schedules. Monitor and update schedules on a regular basis
- Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule. Identift critical path and keep abreast of manpower loading and materials deliveries
- Submit requisitions for materials and equipment as required for project execution, complete receiving documentation
- Control drawings, drawing records and revisions
- Control site instructions and change orders
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions, attend all meetings as required

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program
- In an accredited Co-op Program sponsored by an education institution
- Experience in the construction industry is a definite asset
