**About Us**:
Comfort of Living is dedicated to providing high-quality care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents in our retirement communities. We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team in the London region.

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and overall condition of our retirement home facilities. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing routine maintenance of buildings and equipment (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, minor carpentry)
- Addressing urgent repair needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting regular inspections of common areas and resident rooms
- Coordinating with external contractors when specialized services are required
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and mechanical rooms

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property management or facility maintenance, preferably within a healthcare or residential setting
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in residential environments is an asset
