**What we are looking for**

**Description of Role**
Reporting to the Executive Chef Commissaries, you will cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry and fish following the highest standards of quality according to all mandated health & safety guidelines and regulations. This is a full time, permanent position.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 years butcher experience
- Experience in curing and smoking meats
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Experience in curing and smoking meats
- Proven dedication to maintaining a clean and safe working environment that adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Professional and responsible team player
