**Summary**

As a Parts Advisor at Maple Ag & Outdoor Ltd., you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their parts needs for various outdoor equipment. Located in Canada, this position is essential for maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring that our clients have the right parts to keep their equipment running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their outdoor equipment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary parts.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with care.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide product information and support.
- Fulfill orders promptly and maintain organized records of transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to understand part requirements for repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or outdoor equipment industry.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers when necessary.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:
