**THE POSITION**

**HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT**
- Cleaning all fixtures, desks, tables & surfaces (offices, boardrooms, and lunchrooms) for three locations: Clarence, Dovercourt and Hoka.
- Maintaining sanitation of the washrooms and lunchrooms.
- Thorough cleaning and sanitization of the washrooms including mirrors, sinks, fixtures, walls, and handles.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all floors as needed.
- Refill supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizers) in all bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances as well as restock and supply the janitor’s closet.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up after meetings and events.
- Advise the purchasing team when we are getting low on supplies.
- Removal of scuff marks on walls and floors.
- Notify management of any repairs required.
- Emptying and removal of all garbage, recycling, and debris. Load all waste into garbage receptacles outside.
- Clear walkways of snow or debris when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience cleaning offices, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to bend over, crouch, and lift to 25 lbs.
- Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills required.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently at a fast pace.
