**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telephone Representative to join our growing team.

If you enjoy building relationships with prospects, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct 100 outbound calls a day to potential customers to promote a complimentary Practice Assessment.
- Utilize ACT CRM tool to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Close deals over the phone to meet with us.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely follow-ups and support.

**Skills**
- Cold calling experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in phone sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Moderate computer skills mandatory
- Proficiency in ACT or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is mandatory.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Articulate and clear communication skills over the phone
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Cardone University training is used along with in-house training.**

Pay: From $750.00 per week
