We are seeking a Long term Medical Office Administrator / Sales Consultant

**Full training provided. No experience needed. You must however be very outgoing and have great communication skills. You must also be up to date with todays fashion trends.**

Schedule:
Monday 11am to 7pm, Tuesday 11am to 7pm, Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 11am to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 7pm

Some days we might change your shift from 10am to 6pm.

Your main duties will include:

- Booking appointments for patients
- Assisting with Sales of Eyeglasses and Sunglasses
- upkeeping of all our social media channels and designing and promoting new campaigns on a daily basis.

Other Requirements:

- Must speak fluent English.
- Speaking a second language is an asset.
- Must be very organized
- Must be excellent in speaking on the phone.
- Must be dedicated to your job and take assigned tasks very seriously.
- Must be able to multi-task and help other staff
- Must be a team player, and very quick in helping where help is needed.

Successful performance during your probationary period will lead you to a more permanent position with the company with benefits.
