KioSoft Technologies (KioSoft) is a growing hardware/software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Content Marketing Intern for the **Winter 2025 term In order to qualify, you must be enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-operative education program.**

As a Content Marketing Intern, you will assist with the creation and distribution of content across multiple platforms, contribute to digital and event marketing initiatives, and have the opportunity to shadow and learn from different team members. You will also be encouraged to provide your insights and ideas, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Content Creation: Assist in shooting, writing, and editing social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Influencer Management: Identifying and coordinating with Influencers & Media Pages with the guidance of the Content Marketing Specialist.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to help inform our content and marketing strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of content and campaigns across different channels, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Learning and Development: Take advantage of opportunities to learn about different facets of marketing.
- Event Marketing: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both virtual and in-person, including promotional activities, logistics coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field **with Co-op/internship requirement (you must be in your co-op/internship term).**:

- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
- Creativity: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team, take constructive feedback, and contribute ideas.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to different tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
