Breakthrough Academy specializes in helping high performing entrepreneurs in the contracting industry grow their businesses by implementing excellent operational systems into their companies. We believe in the unlimited potential of entrepreneurship and help our Members (customers) break through barriers and take their businesses to the next level.

Our proprietary training program brings systemization to a contracting company’s operations, develops an entrepreneur’s core business skills, and holds accountability to goals along a clear business plan.

Breakthrough Academy is now nine years old and growing rapidly, with over 1,000 business owners developing in the program, and an awesome team of 50 running the show. We are leaders in the contracting industry, helping companies across the continent to implement systems & processes into their operations.

We’re currently at an exciting turning point - we are ready to take everything we’ve learned over many years, and elevate our development program for the entrepreneurs we serve. As we embark on this critical next phase, we’re seeking an exceptional **Head of Program Development** to drive the vision, innovation, and execution of this evolutionary initiative.

**IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE**:

- Creating educational materials that go beyond teaching concepts, providing clear, actionable steps for real-world implementation, while using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
- Producing high quality digital educational assets, including written materials, graphic design, videos, and spreadsheet based tools.
- Designing and managing a strategic content production calendar and coaching the team for timely delivery.
- Overseeing content production and video studio operations while ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Conducting weekly quality reviews to maintain consistency and excellence across all materials and ensuring successful module integration to the LMS.
- Ensuring all content adheres to BTA brand standards and meets the needs of our customers.
- Partnering with BTA leaders to define and execute the long-term vision of the program, centered around our own Contractor Growth Method.
- Assembling and leading a team of superstars to execute the program vision, including education writer, graphic designer, video producer.
- Providing coaching and development for the content team and training BTA Coaches on new modules to enhance program delivery.
