Position Overview:
For this position, the expected salary range is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.
**Job Description**:
- Purchase Order and Invoice Processing_
- Register and update purchase orders and invoices in Ariba, Capex Control Sheet, and/or Cost Tracker.
- Process invoices and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Data Analysis_
- Analyze Capex variances between Accounting and Capex Control Sheet.
- Frequent review of P-Card expenses in preparation for the monthly reclassification.
- Analyze and book all monthly reclassification journal entries.
- Special projects and activities as required.
- Data Entry_
- Create and maintain providers in Ariba.
- Register capex requests in Salesforce.
- Maintain the Facilities contractor/providers list updated and aligned with Procurement.
- Liaise with the other divisions to retrieve information required for financial reporting deliverables.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Ariba and Salesforce are pluses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
