What You Will Do Create Exceptional Customer Experiences Greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile Check in VIP guests, register visitors, and track daily traffic Introduce customers to managers and connect walk-ins with the sales team Support loyalty and promotional registrations Guide customers through RV features during delivery Support Showroom and Lot Operations Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized showroom Keep appointment boards and staff photos up to date Assist with placing units on the lot and preparing the showroom Support check-ins, wash bay, and reconditioning as needed Manage CRM and Online Listings Enter and maintain accurate visitor and appointment information in the CRM Reconcile logs and update boards daily Upload and verify inventory photos and staff profile pictures Manage online ads on platforms such as Facebook and Kijiji Provide Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming calls Process vehicle paperwork for new, used, and trade-in units  Handle deposits, petty cash, mail, and courier items Maintain office supplies Support monthly audits and reporting Enhance Customer Relationships Coordinate after-sale gifts and follow-up activities Assist customers throughout their visit to ensure a smooth and positive experience Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour Why You Will Love Working Here At Fraserway RV, you are not just part of a team.
