**Retail Sales Consultant**
The Retail Sales Consultant represents the main point of contact for the general public to facilitate the purchase of medical supplies and equipment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and computer skills.

**Salary**: Hourly, commensurate with experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and sell medical equipment and supplies to all clients and accounts
- Prepare sales quotations and sales orders for clients
- Coordinate and provide documentation to other departments to advance workflow
- Follow-up on new sales leads along with referrals from other departments
- Share new product opportunities and special developments with the Retail Supervisor
- Maintain and participate in new educational events for product knowledge
- Organize for educational staff events - creating invitations, preparing marketing material and product samples
- Coordinate and implement special sales opportunities to turn stock over
- Utilize sales tools provided to meet sales targets
- Ensure the Retail Showroom is clean and organized at all times
- Complete other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience in a related health field is an asset
- Bilingualism in **French and English is required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to remain organized and to prioritize workload
