**Position**:Customer Service Representative (CSR)
**Location**: Montreal, QC
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
In addition to the above, overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Become well versed in company platforms and processes to facilitate the best customer experience, while interacting with other departments to bring the best possible results.
- Maintain a concise and accurate approach throughout all customer interactions.
- Following MVP’s SOPs while utilizing problem-solving skills and the ability to step back and assess each case/situation with equal priority.
- Increase customer retention rates and reduce customer “churn”.
- When required, act as key point for facilitating escalation as required on service-related issues and managing customer expectations throughout case lifecycle.
Note: This position reports to the Director of Customer Care. Training will be provided upon hiring and will be adjusted according to the requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in both French and English
- 3+ years of experience in customer care/service or a related field, preferably with a manufacturing background
- Proven ability to excel in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional telephone and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Forward-thinking, highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team player with a proactive approach
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to continuous change
**Position Details**
All employees receive two (2) weeks of paid vacation per 12-month calendar year, in compliance with the regulations of CNESST. The company also observes all statutory holidays in Canada. The company also provides three (3) additional paid days during the holiday season. Management retains the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
The company provides each employee with five (5) sick days per 12-month period. These days do not accrue and cannot be carried over to the following year. Medical confirmation may be required.
