**Customer Service Representative (6-Month Temporary Contract)**

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for ensuring full satisfaction of its external and internal customers. The incumbent handles customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution and offers alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of retaining customers’ business.
You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Increase brand loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve unsatisfactory service issues in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Offer exceptional first-level technical and general support to our stores in order for them to provide a world-class shopping experience to our customers;
- Document, track and follow through on all customer service conversations;
- Support E-commerce sales with effective communication to our customers as it relates to the product, promotion, return and exchange policies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within our current customer service practices and systems; identify opportunities to increase brand loyalty;
- Participate in special projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Available to work different shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays (call center hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), and Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.);
- Full-time or part-time contract with potential extension/permanent openings and growth opportunities;
- Highly focused on customer service; enjoy handling and resolving situations; passionate about problem-solving;
- Detail-oriented, organized, a strong team player, flexible and able to multitask;
- Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities;
- College degree (DEC, technical diploma, community college diploma);
- 1+years of experience in a customer service role in a contact centre environment;
- Strong computer skills;
- Perfectly Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken;
- Ability to explain a situation and to give advice. Approach centered on empathy is required as well as the ability to summarize and vulgarize information;
- Retail and/or sales experience is an asset;
- Experience with E-Commerce customer service is an asset.
