As a Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to perform duties such as:

- Prepare sales proposal, pricing, and other relevant marketing material for sales meetings and trade shows
- Provide administrative support to account manager
- Fill up Vendor Agreements and Item Set-Up Form required by customers
- Order coordination -order receipt, revision, and confirmation
- Liaison between customers and production team for order status updates, sample request, and delivery updates, factory audits, and performance testing and product quality requirements

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Excellent organizational, project management and priority-setting skills

Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment

Creative problem-solving and problem resolution abilities

Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines

Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year
