The mission of the Supply Chain Solution Delivery Department is to design, build, deliver, and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Supply Chain technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Supply Chain Solution Delivery team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving technology solutions. As the Manager, Service Delivery, Supply Chain Technology, you will monitor, execute, and manage the implementation and support of Aritzia’s fulfillment systems and other Supply Chain technology assets. You will lead the team in all areas of service delivery, providing white glove service to our cross-functional partners in Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Analytics, Retail, and eCommerce. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Service Delivery, Supply Chain Technology, you will:

- Manage the team to provide reliable and performance Supply Chain technology solutions with excellent proactive and reactive support
- Ensure the continuous health and performance of features
- Minimize the impact of disruptions and identify and address underlying issues to prevent recurring incidents
- Lead the team to implement structured testing that ensures the highest level of functionality while identifying and addressing deficiencies
- Support with the identification and delivery of innovative Supply Chain technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Service Delivery, Supply Chain Technology has:

- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
- Advanced experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehousing technologies (e.g. ZPL, barcodes, and symbologies) in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution space is an asset
- Understanding of SQL queries and data structures, as well as fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g. networking, desktop hardware, system administration, and databases) is preferred
