**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with Daily Tasks: help individuals with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Meals: They assist to prepare the meal and with feeding.
- Mobility Support: assist with transfers, mobility aid usage to help individuals move safely.
- Personal Care: maintaining oral and personal care.
- Medication Assistance: help to remind to get medication on time.
- Communication and Emotional Support: provide companionship and emotional support, helping individuals maintain a positive outlook on life.
- Documentation: responsible for documenting care activities and any changes in the individual's health.
- Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual is a primary concern.

**Qualifications and skills**
- PSW Certification or international nursing degree.
- Enrolled in the nursing program.
- Be able to work on every other weekend.

**Requirements**:

- TB skin test or Chest X-ray
- Covid-19 Vaccination(3 doses)
- Immunization record
- Police record check
- First aid and CPR certification
- Driver's license (preferred)

Pay: $20.50- 22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:
personal support worker: 2 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class G /G2 License (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person in LTC in Orillia, Beeton, Collingwood, and Penetanguishene

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
