Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a **Product Status Specialist (Internally**: **Status Specialist**)** based in our Mississauga, ON location.

**What will you do?**
- Daily follow up on the status of vehicles on order & input this information into Holman status systems so that clients and drivers can receive timely updates
- Have a good understanding of OEM supply chain steps - Order - scheduling - production - rail/truck transportation, etc.
- Effectively communicate with Holman’s dealer network to get updates on vehicle deliveries and resolve issues related to the same
- Basis analysis of client status reports where multiple vehicles are on order
- Ensure our upfitting vendors are supplying Holman with accurate information related to the final completion of trucks/vans
- Support internal customers inquires, and respond in a professional, pro-active manner
- Train dealers & other vendors to use Holman’s status input systems

**What are we looking for?**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure is required
- Understanding of Vehicle Supply Chain and basic dealer operations
- A Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration
- 2-4 years of related business experience
