**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, farm machinery, and automotive systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Provide support in the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies related to equipment maintenance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role in a dealership or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, HVAC systems, electrical work, and farm machinery maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to equipment operation and repair.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
