**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. You will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring the well-being of campers. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a background in education or early childhood development.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Plan and implement educational and recreational programs that promote learning and personal growth.
- Foster a positive camp environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers.
- Provide support and guidance to campers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding camper progress and any relevant updates.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the camp facilities.
- Participate in staff training sessions to enhance skills related to child development and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- Ability to educate and inspire campers through engaging activities and programs.
- A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working outdoors.

Pay: $16.50-$25.28 per hour
