Throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia, Napoleon creates memorable moments through our stunning designs and innovative technologies. **Title**: Service Advisor/ Administrative Support **Reports to**: Purchasing / Administrative Supervisor **Hours of work**: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Based at**: Napoleon Home Comfort, 24 Napoleon Rd., Barrie Ontario Job Purpose: The Service Advisor / Administrative Support Associate will be a front line representative of the Company and is responsible for receiving, logging and dispatching customer requests for service in an efficient, friendly and responsible manner. The incumbent will responsible for supporting the Installation and Service department by answering inquiries, providing information regarding the services offered and processing requests. In addition, this position will also lend administrative support by taking part in meetings and communication between internal departments. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**: - Enter Service orders into the system - Complete daily service notes and invoicing for daily service calls - Process and collect installation/service payments daily - Communicate with the Director on a daily basis to ensure day-to-day business running smoothly - Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of the Service Technician using a variety of computer-aided communication equipment ie Simply Accounting, Fleet Complete, Time and Choas as well as overseeing "on call" (Encore) policy and procedures. - Monitor the workload / location of the Service Technicians - Answer inquiries from customers regarding installation and service of Napoleon products. Explain to customers the type and cost of service offered by Napoleon Home Comfort - Daily communication with Installation Lead, Installers, Service Technicians, Warehouse, Parts and Purchasing to ensure we are providing the best customer service - Accountable for communicating accurate information to warehouse, parts and purchasing for the prepping of service calls as well as, work directly with Customer Care and Tech to troubleshoot equipment issues and warranty claims to provide best customer service. - Contact customers to set up and coordinate service appointments. - Administrative support / back up for other departments when required **Education and Experience**: - Must have a High School Diploma - Must have two (2) years experience in a Customer Service Environment coupled with one (1) year experience in an Administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Experience working with trades is considered an asset **IGNITE YOUR CAREER**, Some of our competitive benefits include: - Competitive Compensation / Wages - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP/DPSP) - Tuition reimbursement - Life insurance and disability coverage - Associate Purchase Programs, Product Discounts, In-house Sales - Appreciation Events, Raffles, Draws, Fundraising, BBQ’s, Competitions - Napoleon Cares - Associates helping Associates - Employee Assistance Plan - Napoleon Recognition Program - GOevisits, virtual doctor visits - And more **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
