We are a small, full service local construction company operating in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, building custom homes primarily in North & West Vancouver. We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated, reliable individual that is eager to learn, work hard and grow with the team. Honesty and respect are fundamentals of the job and characteristics of the company and of the way we do business.

The Carpenter’s Helper will assist the crew with all carpentry scopes, site preparation, loading and unloading materials, operating and maintaining various tools and equipment. They will work under the direction of other team members and supervisors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment as needed
- Help team members with all carpentry scopes
- Load and unload construction materials
- Prepare construction sites at beginning & end of the day
- Learn & follow safety rules and regulations and maintain safe and clean environment
- Move necessary materials around worksite as required
- Clean up worksite daily as necessary
- Pick up necessary materials from suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Eagerness to learn and develop carpentry skills
