Now we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who knows how to turn a ringing phone into a smile on the other end.

**The Big Task**
**What You’ll Do**
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
- Generating leads
- Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
- Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
- Other tasks as assigned.
**What Makes YOU Great**
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or inside sales
- Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Quick thinker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable
- Ability to be available for on-call weekends/holidays as required
- Professional, positive, and able to keep calm under pressure
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
