**Summary**
As a **Marketing Coordinator**, you’ll help plan, organize, and execute our marketing and social media initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and creative collaborators to manage content calendars, develop campaigns, and produce digital materials that align with our clients’ goals and the Nuve Partners brand.

You’ll play a key role in telling our story, connecting with audiences, and ensuring our content is strategic, engaging, and professional.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage **social media calendars** for clients and the Nuve Partners brand.
- Coordinate **advertising campaigns** across digital platforms to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Post, monitor, and engage with audiences across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare summary reports with recommendations.
- Research trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and creativity.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials.
- Support leadership with content organization, timelines, and deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- You have **1-3 years of experience** in marketing, social media management, or a creative agency environment.
- You have a strong understanding of **social media and digital advertising** (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads).
- You are **organized, dependable, and detail-oriented**, with excellent follow-through.
- You are **creative and strategic**, capable of turning ideas into compelling campaigns working with our clients
- You are **curious, teachable, and eager to learn** from experienced mentors.
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- You are comfortable using **Figma, Canva** and other digital tools.

**Call-To-Action**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
