**Job Summary**
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. You will assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and serve tourists/guests who enter the Distillery seeking product information, as required
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Preparation of supplies and equipment for public events
- Pick and package online store orders
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and social media
- Contact existing and potential customers via telephone
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification preferred.
- Punctual with outstanding attendance.
- Reliable transportation.

**Working Conditions**
- Repetitive Work.
- Standing 8 hours per day.
- Agility to lift, bend, and twist required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alliston, ON L9R 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
