**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Develop and maintain rolling 12-week demand plan for finished goods, consolidating forecasts from Sales on regular customer demand, features, and new/lost business.
- Identify and quantify inputs for demand plan such as current inventory, seasonality, overstock risk, current open orders, QA holds, lead times, HPP requirements, shelf life constraints, and production capacity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure customer demand trends are accurate and support strategic business objectives.
- Identify discrepancies between sales forecasts and demand plan trends and communicate to Sales, Operations, Inventory, Procurement Planning (SOIPP) team.
- Issue/modify purchase orders for all third-party produced finished goods.
- Work closely with the Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory movements between facilities to ensure appropriate finished goods inventory levels are maintained to support demand.
- Analyze order releases and inventory reports (expiry, upcoming shortages, etc.) daily to identify order issues and/or errors, and communicate with key stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to implement timely solutions to mitigate shortages.
- Review and report on fill rate service levels weekly.
- Responsible for maintenance of ERP master data with respect to Demand planning (safety stocks, batch sizes, inactive coding).
- Act as a back-up for Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator for HPP order processing and inventory movements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-Secondary education in a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a food processing environment.
- Experience using ERP systems and reports in a manufacturing environment.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a proven ability to produce error-free work.
- A highly motivated, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a strong bias for action.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
