Established in 2012, BlackboxMyCar is the largest distributor of dash cams in North America. We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.

We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic **Customer Service Specialist that is available part-time (this is preferred and at a minimum of 3 days a week) or a full-time position. The working days would be a mix of weekdays and every Saturday.**

**THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO...**
- Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Assist the sales supervisor and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities

**YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE...**
- A multitasker
- Precision-oriented
- A great communicator
- Able to type at least 55 WPM
- Experience with e-commerce software (Shopify, Amazon, CRM software, etc.)

**IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE...**
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with dash cams
- Familiarty with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
