**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate milling machines and other production equipment according to specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Utilize logic controllers for machine programming and adjustments.
- Measure components using calipers and other precision tools to ensure accuracy.
- Use hand tools effectively for machine maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of milling machines, quality control processes, and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is preferred but not required.
- Experience with programming logic controllers is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools.
- Basic math skills are essential for performing calculations accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
