Ashton Plumbing, Heating and Air is a leading provider of plumbing and HVAC services. Our professional technicians work throughout the Lower Mainland providing plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical system service, installation and maintenance.

- Our **Residential Team** services homes throughout the Lower Mainland, completing around 10,000 service calls and 600 installations per year.

**What you Need to be Qualified for the Residential Lead Boiler Position**
- Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability to troubleshoot on plumbing and heating systems.
- **At least 2-3 years**experience installing all types of boiler systems
- Able to properly stage jobs and adhering to quality and safety checklists
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Clean, safe driving record
- Ability to instruct apprentices to carry out installs
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
- Be physically fit for installation projects
- Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.

**Compensation & Perks**
- Starting hourly wage range of $30-$50, negotiable based on education and experience
- Incentive and bonus plans
- 2-weeks paid vacation to start after 1 year employment
- Extended health and dental benefits, after 3 months of employment with premiums split 50-50
- 5% RRSP matching available after 1 year of continuous employment

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- boiler install: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- B gas ticket (preferred)
